Spiron Engineering provides construction cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and related deliverables based on the drawings, specifications, and information you provide to us.

• Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost based on available project information at the time of preparation.
• Estimates are not a guarantee of final construction cost, material pricing, labor availability, or bid outcome.
• Actual project costs may vary due to market conditions, scope changes, incomplete or revised drawings, site conditions, or other factors outside our control.
• Estimates should be reviewed and verified by the client and, where appropriate, by qualified professionals before being relied upon for financial, contractual, or bidding decisions.

6Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current project information and drawings
• Notify us promptly of any changes to project scope or specifications
• Review deliverables for accuracy and raise questions or corrections in a timely manner
• Use estimates and takeoffs for their intended purpose in accordance with standard industry practice

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in an estimate that result from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information provided by the client.

7File Uploads and Intellectual Property

• Files you upload (drawings, blueprints, specifications, and related documents) remain your property or that of your organization.
• By submitting files to us, you grant Spiron Engineering a limited right to use those files solely for the purpose of preparing your requested estimate, takeoff, or consulting deliverable.
• We do not claim ownership of any construction drawings, designs, or project documentation submitted to us.
• Deliverables we prepare (estimates, takeoffs, reports) may be used by the client for their intended business purpose. Redistribution or resale of our deliverables to unrelated third parties without our knowledge is not permitted.

8Confidentiality

Project information, drawings, and related documents submitted to us are treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only authorized personnel involved in preparing your estimate will access your submitted materials.

9Payment Terms

• Pricing for our services is provided in advance of work beginning, whether through a published rate, a project-based quote, or a custom arrangement.
• Payment terms, including timing and accepted methods, will be confirmed at the time of engagement.
• Work on a project typically begins upon confirmation of payment or agreed payment terms, unless otherwise arranged.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost bids, or project delays, arising from the use of our estimates or deliverables.

Our estimates are a tool to support your decision-making and are not a substitute for independent professional judgment, contractor verification, or final bid confirmation.

12No Guarantee of Bid or Project Outcome

While we prepare every estimate with care and professional diligence, Spiron Engineering does not guarantee that use of our estimates will result in a successful bid, contract award, or specific project outcome.

13Third-Party Contractors and Vendors

Spiron Engineering is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or reliability of third-party contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers referenced in or affected by our estimates. Material and labor pricing reflects data available at the time of preparation and is subject to market fluctuation.

14Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
