We start by measuring floor area and wall cavity space, then remove doors, windows, and other openings to determine the precise insulation quantity required. From there, we account for material type, fiberglass, slag wool, cellulose, or spray foam, since each comes in different roll or package sizes and affects the final quantity ordered. Digital takeoff software is used to verify manual calculations, and pricing reflects current local rates through RS Means and comparable databases.
